take Chinese at my school and I often struggle with tones, usually forgetting them altogether. I actually remember learning the "ma" example in my class last year, "So remember to use the right tone or else you might be calling your mother a horse."

I hate Dr. Seuss. He's a sad excuse for a poet. Also, the Cat in the Hat isn't Seuss himself. Oh, and I think I'm going to have nightmares for a week. But great concept otherwise!

Uggh, thank goodness elections are over now! on all the low number channels, like the news channels, every single commercial was political. im not even making it up. not a single insurance or car commercial, the usual tv spammers, ALL political. some didn't even make sense, others contadicted eachother. it was true madness. funny movie, very true to life too. lol

This is just about the sweetest thing on NG. Both of my grandfathers used to smoke and even though they both got heart attacks, and one lost a lung to cancer, they're both still around because they quit.
